What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage onboarding and delivery projects for clients, ensuring seamless implementation of solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes
- Define and execute onboarding plans, including activities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Actively manage project execution, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive customer success by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS delivery/onboarding project management
- Proven customer and project management skills with strong customer-facing and presentation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is a must
- Hands-on implementation experience
- BA or BS degree required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Fintech is an advantage
- Spanish proficiency or additional languages is a plus
