What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and control project scope, timeline, and resources to meet objectives
- Define project goals, assign roles and responsibilities to team members, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Identify problem areas, initiate corrective actions, and monitor project schedules, making adjustments as needed
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring smooth project launch, execution, and closeout
- Provide regular status reports on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related technical roles
- Associate's degree in engineering, project management, business, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to travel nationally and internationally as required without restrictions up to 50%
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and software similar to IFS
- Strong knowledge of project management, customer specifications, field service, and customer support

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, PMI, or Prince 2 certification desired
- Experience with CAD software systems preferred
- Spanish and other languages are a plus
