What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted niche lists for lead management
- Assess potential sellers to determine eligibility for cash offer sales
- Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist based on lead interactions
- Manage and update the CRM system with lead information and activity reports
- Respond to inbound lead calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills with knowledge of REsimpli CRM preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
- Familiarity with lead generation and customer relations strategies
