What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle outbound and inbound calls from visitors and customers, explaining the process and scheduling appointments
- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Answer customer questions accurately by utilizing available resources
- Document all customer discussions with clear and accurate notes
- Fulfill daily phone and email metric requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
