What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer behavior analysis, market research, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with text analytics and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS
