What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior through various channels, including online reviews, surveys, and social media
- Identify patterns, trends, and key insights from customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting purposes
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer behavior analysis, market research, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with text analytics and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS
