      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to mortgage servicing issues, including billing and payment processing
      - Track, document, and manage complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely responses
      - Communicate with customers through various channels, providing clear and empathetic responses
      - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complaints and ensure regulatory compliance
      - Identify root causes of complaints and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or mortgage servicing, particularly in handling complaints and disputes
      - Familiarity with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) guidelines and mortgage servicing regulations
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
