      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide an exceptional experience for current members requesting to cancel their policy through inbound phone calls
      - Listen actively, investigate, and find solutions to retain members who wish to cancel their policy
      - Handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy and care
      - Utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously to assist members
      - Adapt quickly to changes in procedures within a fast-paced, high-growth environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Proven ability to implement retention strategies effectively
      - Experience using and learning complex computer systems
      - Availability to work full-time, including weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus
      - Previous experience in a pet-related industry
