      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional support to current members requesting to cancel their policy through inbound phone calls
      - Listen attentively and investigate to find solutions to retain members
      - Handle sensitive situations with empathy, aligning with the employer's values
      - Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to manage member interactions
      - Adapt quickly to changes in procedures in a high-growth environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Proven ability to implement customer retention strategies
      - Experience with complex computer systems
      - Availability to work full-time including weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus
      - Previous experience in a pet-related industry
