What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional service to current members requesting to cancel their policy through inbound phone calls
- Actively listen, investigate, and find paths to retain members who wish to cancel
- Handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy and care
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to track and manage member concerns
- Quickly adapt to changes in procedures within a high-growth environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of successful Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proven ability to implement retention strategies that effectively retain customers
- Experience using and learning complex computer systems
- Availability to work full-time shifts, including weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in French or Spanish
- Active Property and Casualty License
- Previous experience in a pet-related industry or with pet insurance
