      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement customer retention initiatives and business processes, including loyalty programs and follow-up campaigns
      - Engage with customers through various communication channels to enhance satisfaction and service levels
      - Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, collaborating with technical support and product teams for resolutions
      - Support and optimize the company's loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and brand loyalty
      - Monitor retention data and customer satisfaction scores to identify trends and areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 2-4 years of experience in operations, customer success, customer retention, or account management, preferably in a retail, healthcare, or hearing aid industry
      - Proven track record of creating successful business processes that reduce customer churn and improve satisfaction
      - Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with customers and internal teams
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hearing aid industry or a healthcare-related field
      - Knowledge of hearing aid technology or experience working with audiologists
      - Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools like MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
