What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answering inbound phone calls from participants regarding basic information of 401(k) plans
- Providing exceptional customer experiences with a focus on first call resolution
- Assisting callers with navigating the company's 401(k) websites, online registration, and password resets
- Independently solving customer requests using knowledge obtained from training
- Utilizing various CRM applications to address customer questions and resolve requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Accountability, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused approach while maintaining compliance
- Inclusion of diverse perspectives to drive results
- Problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mentality
- Ability to meet performance metrics and proficiency in contact center software applications, Microsoft Office, and general website navigation
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
