      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative activities for the Customer Service Department
      - Manage and oversee all phases of service billing, including quality control and error correction
      - Supervise the activities of Installation Planners, PMA Scheduling, and Customer Service Specialists
      - Provide administrative support to the Customer Service V.P., Directors, and managers
      - Oversee the execution of new systems, including testing, training, and troubleshooting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or related field
      - Minimum of five years of related administrative experience supporting major business unit operations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures
      - Current valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport for travel as required

      - Experience in a supervisory role with a focus on team development and performance evaluation
      - Knowledge of ERP systems, database software, and contact management systems
