      The Order to Cash team have an exciting opportunity for an individual who can add to an already successful team. The role available will be focused on credit control activities crafted to support our client’s customers in ensuring their accounts are handled effectively.

      We offer a hybrid working pattern, working from one of our offices up to 2 days a week and from home the rest of the time.

      What you'll be doing:

      • Collecting unpaid levies, overpayments and invoices in line with a formal Debt Recovery process including inbound and outbound calling.
      • Resolving debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
      • Monitoring debtor payment agreements and take the necessary action when agreements have lapsed.
      • Handling Aged Debt to allow review for write off or court referrals
      • Maintaining customer databases within the financial and administration platforms
      • Supporting audit requests at any given time
      • Successfully meeting the expectations of partners and customers.
