      About the role

      We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our Shared Services team in Stratford! Working on our shared services campaign as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working across multiple clients taking inbound calls from their customers. However, you can also be involved in emails, live chats and social media enquiries.

      You will be trained onsite in our location in Stratford-upon-Avon. After 6 weeks we will give you the option to work from home. We ask that you come in 1-2 days a week. There may be some circumstances if you need further support that you are asked to stay onsite longer.

      It’s really important you are able to commute to our site for your first 6 weeks so please check the address before applying: 53 Timothy’s bridge road, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9HY

      Please note you will either need to be within a walking distance to the site or be able to drive, due to lack of public transport during the operational hours.

      What you need to know

      • Contract: Full time & Part time (Permanent)
      • Start date: Monday 18th September 2023
      • Pay: £10.18/£10.42
      • Working hours -

      Full time: Every weekend between 07:00 - 22:00 & Evenings 14:30 - 22:00 (37.5 hrs)

      Part time: Between 16:00-22:00 Monday to Friday and must work Saturday and Sunday (15 hrs minimum)

      • Strong teamwork skills : the ability to work effectively with other agents and support teams
