What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an advocate for members, addressing questions and concerns regarding benefits and services
- Provide quality customer service by applying established service principles and educating members about plan options
- Follow up with members to clarify issues and provide solutions, escalating issues as necessary
- Meet departmental standards for quality, productivity, and attendance
- Document transactions and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-2 years of call center or related customer service experience
- 1-2 years of prior experience with Medicare benefits preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with a professional telephone manner

- Prior experience with Medicare Advantage Plans
- Ability to maintain calm during high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated efficiency in a high call volume environment
