      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Address all inbound calls and inquiries in the Service Center effectively and efficiently
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries and complaints
      - Process outbound calls for specimen or billing information and investigate order issues
      - Update and maintain customer account information in real-time during calls
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards in all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in healthcare
      - Ability to navigate and use Laboratory Information Systems and CRM software
      - Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
      - Commitment to adhering to compliance and confidentiality policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
      - Ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base
      - Experience in technical support for customer service platforms
      - Knowledge of medication monitoring and drug testing services
