What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment
- Respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and routine customer service issues
- Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by identifying, researching, and resolving issues effectively
- Maintain a strong client-facing orientation while providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior call center experience
- Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Capability to develop technical acumen
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
