      As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you can expect
      • A full-time position with the possibility to work one day a week from home;
      • Working hours in two shifts. First shift starts between 7:00 and 8:00 and the second shift start between 10:00 and 11:00;
      • A gross monthly salary in scale 6 between € 2.325,83 and € 2.900,- with potential growth to € 3.477,90;
      • 130% surcharge after 18:00;
      • A travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer;
      • 25 vacation days;
      • 8% holiday pay;
      • Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you wish. You can convert this into vacation days (maximum of 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym subscription;

      What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
      As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you will have daily contact with the customer regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management. You provide logistic solutions that align with both the customer's needs and the organization's objectives. Additionally, you collaborate with internal departments such as Transport, Planning, and Customs.

      As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you can expect

      You bring
      • You’re a quick learner and open minded;
      • Customer Service experience nice to have, but not necessary;
      • Accurate, cause when you start a task, you’ll make sure it’s finished before you go home;
      • Customer oriented and a team player;
      • Excellent command of the English language (speaking and writing), Dutch is desirable;
      • Furthermore, you are flexible, motivated, possess analytical skills, and have a proactive work attitude;
      • You live in the area of Beringe (Netherlands).
      Your workplace
      Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2. You will join a team of 8 Customer Service Representatives, including you at a multiclient site. It's a mixed team where a pleasant work atmosphere takes precedence. You report to the Supervisor Customer Service.
