What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional service and personalized solutions to meet customer needs
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to support positive interactions

- Navigate multiple software applications efficiently to provide quick problem-solving
- Show empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Arizona time, at least 20+ hours per week
- Commitment to work at least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day per week
- Ability to work on holidays as needed for continuous customer support
- Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
- Must have a personal home computer that meets specified technical requirements
