What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers through various written communication channels, providing prompt responses to inquiries
- Collaborate with Management, Warehouse, and R&D to escalate necessary customer concerns and questions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their requests are completed
- Gather and assess relevant information to effectively address inquiries and manage complaints
- Support wholesalers and shippers with inquiries and partner with Health Services to report any adverse events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience, typically in a contact center environment
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Experience with SharePoint preferred
