      Today, Customer Service has around 3500 employees globally and has established 16 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, around 300 colleagues take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 6 different languages.

      Job Description

      As a Customer Service Agent, you will learn all the basics of giving the best service to our customers and how to make them feel welcome & inspired.

      You will:

      • Answer calls, emails, and chats in Spanish to assist our customers whenever they want information about their online orders, our web shop, our stores, or our products.
      • Adapt your tone of voice based on our brand identity and the customer you are speaking with.
      • Report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department because as a Customer Service Agent, you are the voice of our customers & thanks to you, we can make constant improvement.

      • Depending on your choice of work hours, your gross monthly salary will start from €1928,10, based on the full-time contract (35 hours).

      Qualifications

      We care more about personality than qualifications. Our team is as diverse as our customers. So be yourself & show your personality - Come in a maxi dress or shorts - Choose your own style.

      You also are or have:

      • Strongly customer oriented & friendly with people.
      • Interested in fashion & technology.
      • Excellent communication skills in Spanish, both written & spoken.
      • Excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus.

      Office opening times:

      • Mo-Fri: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
      • Sa: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
      • Su: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
