What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide comprehensive information on mobile apps and assist with player account inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that embodies friendliness and care for the Penn brand.
- Assist guests with hotel reservations and event RSVPs while meeting company conversion expectations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues players experience with our products.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or College Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to qualify for licenses required by applicable states.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively handle frustrated players.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in player care and satisfaction.
- Quick typing skills with good grammar and punctuation.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Ability to interpret messages from non-native English speakers effectively.
