      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide a seamless customer experience.
      - Utilize internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories.
      - Deliver exceptional customer service that builds value in the employer's brand.
      - Assist guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events.
      - Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues players experience with products.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or College Degree required.
      - At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support.
      - Must be at least 21 years of age.
      - Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure and handle frustrated players.
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service.
      - Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation.
      - Experience in the gaming or sports wagering industry.
      - Ability to work some holidays and weekends.
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a heightened sense of urgency.
