What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Motivate and inspire team members to exceed customer service potential and quotas
- Coach new agents during the training period
- Communicate company's values and vision to employees
- Meet and surpass departmental objectives, including lead generation
- Facilitate cross-functional communication for improved working conditions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role preferred
- Must be recommended by Branch Manager
- Completion of all mandatory training programs
- Good standing with no write-ups in the last 6 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Sixt CSA role
- Willingness to wear company uniforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day and evening hours
- Experience with managing stressful situations while maintaining good customer service
- Prior experience with cross-functional communication within a company
