      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers in defining and refining service request requirements and guide them through the service request process
      - Create, route, and manage ServiceNow tickets for various tasks including installations and changes
      - Act as the main point of contact between customers and technical staff, ensuring service delivery meets expectations
      - Coordinate the implementation of customer requests with departmental technical resources
      - Prepare and conduct cloud customer onboarding meetings, including presentations and Q&A sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong customer service skills to assist and guide customers effectively
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing complex communications
      - Ability to coordinate with technical resources and manage implementations
      - Proficiency in using and managing ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
      - Understanding of cloud services and concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) implementation
      - Experience in technical documentation and communication material development
      - Familiarity with physical and virtual machine operations
