      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient account balances, ensuring excellent customer service
      - Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with patients and responsible parties to resolve account balances
      - Document payment commitments and ensure appropriate follow-up on accounts
      - Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and assist callers with applications
      - Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the privacy of patient information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, physician's office, or related healthcare office environment
      - Basic knowledge of medical terminology
      - Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
      - Excellent internal and external customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service experience
      - Proficiency in PC applications and detailed-oriented organizational skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
