      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage patient accounts, ensuring cash collection and final resolution of self-pay balances
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangements with patients
      - Validate self-pay balances and confirm patient responsibility for account balances
      - Document payment commitments and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken
      - Provide information about the Financial Assistance Program and assist patients with applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, physician's office, or related healthcare environment
      - Basic knowledge of medical terminology
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service experience
      - Proficiency in PC applications and basic computer knowledge
      - High-level problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Experience in customer satisfaction and service recovery situations
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing work needs in an active environment
