What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent, timely, accurate, and professional customer service to clients and internal sales departments
- Manage incoming orders and input data into the order entry system
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Assist customers and clients with inquiries or issues regarding their orders
- Maintain necessary data within the order entry system to ensure efficient processing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with a CPG broker or manufacturer
- Experience supporting a sales team
