What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from members and internal customers, providing quality service and resolving issues
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union
- Utilize credit union lending guidelines and weigh credit union risk when making lending decisions
- Work in conjunction with other business partners to ensure adherence to established Federal regulatory guidelines
- Advise and assist members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
- High school graduate or GED
- Basic computer operating skills, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
- Must have a home office free of distractions, noise, with a closing door

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a financial services-related customer service or call center role
