What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer operating skills; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Must meet specific technical requirements for remote work, including internet speed and home office conditions
