      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with how-to questions related to Daylite and Billings Pro software
      - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for customers
      - Offer billing and subscription support, including inquiries about invoices, renewals, and payments
      - Manage customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and screen-sharing sessions
      - Document and track customer issues thoroughly and identify patterns for escalation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong technical mindset with a passion for helping people
      - Deep familiarity with macOS and iOS, including the ability to adapt to new OS updates and features
      - Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
      - Understanding of small business operations and technological needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Marketcircle products, specifically Daylite and Billings Pro
      - Familiarity with support tools like HelpScout and TeamViewer
      - Knowledge of technical tools such as PSQL/SQLite, Graylog, Console, and Terminal
      - Previous experience in a customer-facing support role within the technology sector
