What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve service inquiries from members, providers, and employer groups while ensuring professional interactions
- Provide information and education to customers regarding benefits, eligibility, verification, and claims status
- Identify and resolve customer concerns or escalate them as necessary to achieve positive outcomes
- Assist members with administrative issues and facilitate claims resolution through follow-ups
- Document all service interactions in accordance with established guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a related field
- At least 2 years of call center experience
- Retail customer service experience
- Availability for weekend scheduling
