      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
      - Build and maintain customer relationships to differentiate the employer from competitors
      - Accept ownership of customer requests and follow through to resolution
      - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes
      - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or financial services
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including outside of normal banking hours
      - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous contact center experience preferred
      - Previous sales experience preferred
      - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
