      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Perform general clerical duties and operate departmental equipment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services in a customer service role
      - Ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office products
      - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous contact center experience
      - Willingness to work outside of normal banking hours and adjust schedules as needed
      - Experience with digital banking services and products
