What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate claims using computer billing systems to identify and resolve patient billing errors
- Address inquiries and complaints from patients both in-person and over the phone
- Communicate effectively with providers regarding issues and complaints
- Meet productivity and quality measures, including one-call/one-contact resolution goals
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the employer while adhering to service behavior standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or Qualifying Experience
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, collections, or call center environment
- Regular attendance is required to perform work during scheduled business hours
- Knowledge of general medical billing, insurance, and compliance regulations
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three (3) years of experience in customer service, collections, or call center environment
- Knowledge of EPIC software
- Alta Language Testing Certification
