What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high volume inbound calls from borrowers and Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding property insurance inquiries
- Provide detailed information on obtaining property insurance and process complaints
- Disburse property insurance premiums to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and update the note system as required
- Assist with borrower follow-ups and support the help desk

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (Preferred)
- Ability to meet availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
- Strong communication skills to deliver timely and accurate customer service
- Experience in a high-volume call environment is advantageous

- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with property insurance and premium disbursement processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate customer inquiries
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base
