What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer service calls and emails, resolving most of the less complex inquiries
- Communicate with insureds and agents regarding policyholder report completion and premiums
- Research and identify problems and disputes raised by insureds or agents
- Document insureds' concerns and actions taken by the department
- Analyze incoming calls/emails to determine if audit is correct and take appropriate action

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- One year work experience in a customer service role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more years of call center or insurance/premium audit work experience
