What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service and informed sales recommendations via phone and email, averaging 40-60 calls per day
- Accurately process various transactions, including general sales, pre-arrival orders, and wine club enrollments
- Monitor customer service email inbox, web-based help desk application, and chat functionality
- Resolve customer service incidents, including incorrect order fulfillment and payment issues
- Develop knowledge of domestic and international shipping protocols and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in retail customer service or other customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers
- Proficient with web browsers and email applications
- Conversant in Office 365; full-time availability with at least one weekend day required
