      - Reach out to auto dealerships to gather information
      - Use auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and summary of vehicle concerns and complaints
      - Create case assessments and provide recommendations to the case analyst team
      - Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
      - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Positive and self-motivated attitude with a solid work ethic
      - Proficiency in computer navigation and Microsoft Office programs
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Three or more years of customer service experience
      - Availability to work on-site in Saginaw, Michigan, during the center's hours of operation

      - College degree in a relevant field
      - Previous experience in banking, accounting, or an automotive dealership
