      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach agents to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction performance objectives are met.
      - Communicate company goals and metrics with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
      - Conduct one-on-one meetings with agents to evaluate performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback.
      - Identify adverse performance trends and provide recommendations to management for service enhancement.
      - Assist with escalated customer issues and take calls during periods of excessive call volume.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of call center customer care experience.
      - Current position as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) within Customer Service.
      - Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
      - Strong performance in current position and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some college education is a plus.
      - Ability to objectively review phone calls according to department guidelines.
      - Strong working knowledge of customer service programs (e.g., CSE, Letter Writer, Mainframe).
      - Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a multitasking environment.
