      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach agents to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction performance objectives are met
      - Communicate company goals and metrics with team members to deliver high levels of customer service
      - Conduct one-on-one meetings with agents to evaluate performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback
      - Identify adverse performance trends and inform management while providing input for training and policy changes
      - Assist with calls during periods of excessive call volume

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of call center customer care experience
      - Must currently hold a CSS position within Customer Service
      - Exceptional listening and analytical skills
      - Strong performance in the current position
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some college education is a plus
      - Ability to objectively review phone calls in accordance with department guidelines
      - Knowledge of customer service programs (i.e., CSE, Letter Writer, Mainframe, Intranet)
      - Strong organizational skills
      - Teamwork experience
