      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their needs for car purchases
      - Guide customers through the car buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery
      - Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to enhance customer experience
      - Mentor new team members as your skills develop
      - Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Excellent listening skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
      - High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-energy sales environment
      - Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
      - Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Willingness to adapt to changing schedules as needed by the business
      - Reside within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
