      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their car purchase needs
      - Utilize knowledge of inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicle options
      - Support customers through online sales, appraisals, finance applications, and vehicle delivery
      - Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
      - Achieve sales targets while mentoring others as your skills develop

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Strong listening skills and customer focus
      - High self-motivation to meet performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-energy sales environment
      - Proficiency in learning and mastering new technologies
      - Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Willingness to adjust schedules twice a year based on business needs
