      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
      - Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to assist customers in vehicle selection
      - Guide customers through the car buying process from online sales to vehicle delivery
      - Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
      - Mentor new team members as skills develop

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Strong listening skills and customer-focused mindset
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Must have open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
