      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to assess their car purchase needs
      - Guide customers through the vehicle selection process using knowledge of the inventory
      - Facilitate a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing
      - Mentor other team members as your skills develop
      - Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales atmosphere
      - Strong customer focus and good listening skills
      - High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Must reside in Wisconsin and live within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in automotive sales is a plus
      - Familiarity with new technologies and strong computer skills
      - Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
