What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car buying needs
- Utilize knowledge of CarMax inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
- Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from sales to financing and delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing
- Mentor and support team members as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred sales and customer service experience, ideally in a retail setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, with strong computer skills
- Open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work on-site one day per week
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service
