      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond courteously and promptly to user phone calls, live chats, and incoming tickets
      - Use ServiceNow to manage tickets throughout their lifecycle
      - Contribute towards meeting or exceeding Service Desk metrics and goals
      - Execute Knowledge Base articles to troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
      - Proactively communicate with end users to manage expectations and provide updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk or Service Desk experience
      - Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
      - Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Fluency in English with strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in IT or related professional certification
      - Familiarity with Microsoft-based applications, particularly Windows 11 and Microsoft O365
      - Experience with call management software and quality/documentation processes
      - Knowledge of Active Directory Administration and troubleshooting Outlook issues
      - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management tools
