      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for various departments, including admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance
      - Handle customer account transactions and oversee cashiering operations
      - Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain patient safety

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
      - Understanding of insurance plans
      - Minimum of one (1) year of related experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a medical office
      - Certification as a Heart Saver
