What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary customer service support for detailed interpretation of dental policies and claims processing
- Develop, coordinate, and conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing employees
- Identify and maintain processes and procedures specific to government programs training and support
- Prescreen claims and inquiries for specialized review departments
- Collaborate with management and specialists to identify process improvements and training needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of college or technical/vocational training in dental assisting, dental hygiene, business administration, or related fields
- Two years of related work experience, preferably with Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Intermediate knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, insurance products, and claims processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid programs
- Background in procedure writing and training content development
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions quickly
- Flexible availability, including some weekends
