      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
      - Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes affecting their plans
      - Provide solutions for members facing urgent financial or healthcare-related issues
      - Communicate effectively while navigating multiple systems and platforms
      - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
      - Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for multitasking across systems
      - Open availability for shifts between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
      - Must reside in Florida and meet home office equipment requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare-related setting
      - Familiarity with VoIP technology and digital communication tools
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
